Preparation
  1. Marinate the lamb chops in a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Allow them to sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Cut the potatoes into even wedges and season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed salad greens, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and squeezed lemon juice.
Cooking
