Ingredients
  

For the Jello mix
  • 2 cups boiling water Essential to dissolve the flavored Jello.
  • 2 cups cold water Regulates temperature for freezing.
  • 1 package (3 oz) flavored Jello Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1 package (3 oz) unflavored gelatin Optional for a firmer texture.
Equipment
  • 1 set popsicle molds or plastic cups Choose sturdy containers for freezing.
  • 1 set popsicle sticks For easy handling of the popsicles.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flavored Jello with 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water to the bowl and stir well to cool down the mixture.
  3. If using, mix in the unflavored gelatin until completely incorporated.
  4. Pour the Jello mixture into molds or plastic cups, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks in the center of each cup or mold.
Freezing
  1. Place the filled cups or molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze for several hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. Run the cups under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles, then pull them out and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with flavors by mixing different Jello types or adding fresh fruits for added nutrition. Store leftover popsicles in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.
