Preparation
  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, jalapeño, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives before serving.

Notes

These deviled eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Prepare the filling ahead of time for convenience.
