Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
