Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 8 oz bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell peppers, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best served cold or at room temperature. Pair with grilled meats or seafood for a complete meal.
