  2. Make espresso: Brew two shots of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker.
  3. Stir in sugar: If you prefer a sweeter drink, stir in sugar to taste while your espresso is still hot.
  4. Froth milk: In a separate cup, froth the cold skim milk with your handheld milk frother until it becomes foamy.
  5. Fill serving glass with ice: Take a serving glass and fill it with ice cubes.
  6. Combine ingredients: Pour the espresso over the ice cubes, then top it off with the foamed milk.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Serve your iced cappuccino immediately with a straw or a spoon.

Notes

Iced cappuccino is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Avoid freezing.
