  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce Low-sodium soy sauce can be used.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Add more for a stronger garlic flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Can be swapped with lemon juice.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Chopped green onions

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lime juice.
  4. Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the honey garlic glaze over the salmon pieces.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve the salmon bites warm. They pair well with rice, salad, steamed vegetables, or soft bread rolls. For storage, refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
