Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic and chop green onions. Measure honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat and add neutral oil.
Cooking
  1. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour over turkey and garlic, stirring to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add red pepper flakes during the last minute of cooking if using.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.
