Cooking
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour over turkey and garlic, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken, stirring occasionally.
- Add red pepper flakes during the last minute of cooking if using.
- Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.
