Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the carrots. You can cut them into even sticks or leave them whole if using baby carrots.
Mix Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey, minced garlic, and melted butter. Stir until well mixed.
Coat Carrots
- Toss the prepared carrots in the honey garlic mixture until they are evenly coated.
Arrange and Cook
- Spread the coated carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer or place them in the air fryer basket.
- Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or air fry for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Check for doneness; the carrots should be tender and caramelized.
Serve
- Remove from the oven or air fryer and serve immediately for the best flavor.
Notes
