  • 1/4 cup Honey Natural sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Chipotle Sauce Adds a spicy kick.
Sliders Assembly
  • 4 pieces Slider Buns Whole grain or gluten-free recommended.
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix For crunch and fiber.
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise Use light mayonnaise for lower calories.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for the drizzle.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly cracked for added heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by coating the chicken thighs in honey and chipotle sauce until evenly covered. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grilling pan or grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the coated chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Garlic Drizzle
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until creamy.
Assembly
  1. Once the chicken is cooked, place it on slider buns, add coleslaw mix, and drizzle with the garlic sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve warm on a platter and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead of time. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven. For a lighter option, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
