Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat them with honey BBQ sauce.
Cooking
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken is grilling, boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add olive oil, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Notes
