Preparation
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

Sautéing
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking Rice

Simmering
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Serving
- Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
