For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes Cut into fries for healthy texture.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For tossing fries.

For the Salad
  • 1 piece cucumber Diced.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken drumsticks thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
Roasting the Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Preparing the Fries
  1. While the chicken roasts, wash and cut your potatoes into fries.
  2. Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in another mixing bowl.
  3. Spread the fries on a separate baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Making the Salad
  1. In a bowl, combine diced cucumber and halved cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Once everything is cooked, arrange the chicken drumsticks beside the fries and fresh salad.
  2. Serve with ketchup and garlic mayo for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier version, consider using an air fryer for the chicken and fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
