Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the grilled corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the corn mixture and toss to combine.

Notes

This salad can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For best results, store the dressing separately if preparing in advance.
