  • 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese Use low-fat or fat-free for healthier option.
  • 1 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder Choose your preferred brand.
  • to taste sugar-free maple syrup Adjust sweetness as per preference.
For the Crust
  • 6 pieces graham crackers Or use graham cracker crumbs.
  • 1 tbsp melted butter Use unsalted butter.
Toppings
  • Fresh fruit or jam Use seasonal fruits for best flavor.

Preparation
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, vanilla protein powder, and sugar-free maple syrup in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs, mixing with melted butter in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms of the jars to form a crust.
  4. Spoon cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each jar, filling to desired level.
  5. Refrigerate the jars for 1-2 hours to set.
  6. Top each jar with fresh fruit or a dollop of jam and serve cold.

Notes

Store jars in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze the mixture without toppings and thaw overnight before serving.
