- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook until they’re tender.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a small wedge of lime or sprinkle sesame seeds on top. This meal is also good for meal prep and freezes well.
