Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken breasts, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat.
- In another bowl, toss together broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, olive oil, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, add the vegetables to the air fryer basket.
- Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serving
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve with the sautéed vegetables.
