- Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Notes
Hasselback potatoes can be topped with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese for extra protein. Pair with a green salad for a complete meal. For meal prep, wash and slice in advance, storing in water to prevent browning.
