- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, corn, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
