Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 7 slices Deli-Style Ham Main source of protein.
  • ½ cup Cream Cheese Adds creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Toasted Almonds Provides crunch and healthy fats.
  • 2 teaspoons Honey Natural sweetener.
For the skewers
  • 1 block Cheddar Cheese Rich flavor and source of protein.
  • 1 can Pineapple Chunks Sweet and refreshing.
  • 21 pieces Red Seedless Grapes Adds color and sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium size bowl, combine cream cheese, honey, and chopped toasted almonds until well mixed.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of ham and roll them up.
  3. Chill the rolled ham in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes.
  4. Trim the ends off the ham rolls and cut each roll into thirds.
  5. Cut the cheddar cheese into uniform cubes.
Assembly
  1. Thread the ham rolls, cheddar cheese, pineapple chunks, and grapes onto wooden skewers.
  2. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

These skewers are great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for a quick snack or lunch option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can substitute turkey for ham or use different fruits for variety.
