Preparation
- Slice the entire block of rolls in half without separating the rolls. Remove the top half of Hawaiian rolls and set aside.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls in a lightly greased 9x12 baking pan.
- Layer each roll with a slice of ham and a half slice of cheese.
Add Topping
- In a microwavable bowl, heat butter for about 30 seconds or until melted.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and poppy seeds.
- Add the top layer of rolls and brush with the butter-poppy seed mixture.
Bake
- Loosely cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm, cut between the rolls for easy grabbing. Pair with salad, veggies, or soup. Can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
