  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce Use low-sugar cranberry sauce for a lighter option.
  • 12 slices deli turkey breast Lean turkey is recommended for a higher protein meal.
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese Other cheese options include cheddar or provolone.
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese Can be omitted or substituted for a lower-fat option.
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted Use for brushing on top of the rolls.
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds Optional for garnish on top of the sliders.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Using a long knife, slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  4. Place the bottom half into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the rolls.
  6. Layer the turkey evenly over the cranberry sauce, creating two layers if needed.
  7. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the turkey, then add a single layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Place the top half of the rolls back over the filling.
  9. Brush the melted butter generously over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Baking
  1. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

For meal prep, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
