Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
- Roll the triangles up starting from the wide end to the point.
Baking
- Place the rolled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over each croissant.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
These croissants are best served warm. Great as a snack or light meal. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
