- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the pan. Cook until browned, using a spatula to break the meat into small pieces.
- Once the beef is browned, stir in minced garlic and ginger. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper to your preference.
Serving
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
