Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 batch Pizza dough, homemade or store-bought Divide into 5-8 portions for grilling.
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the crusts.
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce Like 5-minute pizza sauce.
  • 1 White garlic sauce, BBQ sauce, or Alfredo sauce Optional.
  • to taste Desired toppings: cheese, pepperoni, meat, veggies, etc. Customize as preferred.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Make sure the grill is well cleaned and oiled, then preheat it to 425°F (medium-high heat).
  2. Divide pizza dough into 5-8 portions and stretch or roll into desired size and thickness, placing on parchment paper.
  3. Brush the tops with olive oil, then lift the parchment and carefully flip the crusts onto the grill, oil side down, and peel off the parchment.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, checking for doneness.
  2. Flip the pizzas onto a plate and add sauce and toppings to the cooked side.
  3. Lower the grill heat and slide pizzas back onto the grill to cook the bottom side for another 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted and the bottom crust is golden.

Notes

Consider portion control for a healthy meal. A 1/4 of a medium pizza is a reasonable serving size. Leftover grilled pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped slices for up to 2 months.
