- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the cubed beef to the bowl and toss well until evenly coated. Let the beef marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Preheat grill to high heat. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning until all sides are charred and juicy.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, and fry the cut potatoes until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Serving
- Plate the grilled beef skewers with fries. Add shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and red onion.
Notes
Consider marinating the beef overnight for better flavor. Storage: leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For a vegetarian version, swap beef with barbecue tofu veggie skewers.
