  • 1/2 cup granola For added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if desired).
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle fresh fruit, nuts, granola, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, break it into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store Greek Yogurt Bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Allow to sit out for a few minutes before eating to soften slightly.
