Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if desired).
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle fresh fruit, nuts, granola, and chocolate chips over the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, break it into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store Greek Yogurt Bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Allow to sit out for a few minutes before eating to soften slightly.
