Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, Greek dressing, feta cheese, onion, egg, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; form into patties.
  3. Cook turkey burgers on preheated grill until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 5 to 10 minutes per side.
  4. Ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) using an instant-read thermometer.

Notes

Serve on whole wheat buns, lettuce wraps, or over a bed of mixed greens. For a lighter meal, add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and a dollop of tzatziki or light Greek yogurt.
