Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas Sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 pieces kiwis Sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 medium pineapple Sliced into bite-sized pieces
Dressing
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) Use flavored yogurt for extra taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the bananas, kiwi, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced fruits.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut cream, yogurt, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the fruits and gently toss until coated.
  5. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a decorative touch, add mint leaves on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
