Ingredients
  

For the Pizzette
  • 1 LB 8 OZ ready-made tomato sauce
  • 11 OZ buffalo mozzarella Cut into small cubes
  • 20 pieces bocconcino bread Dinner bread rolls, cut in half
  • 4 sprigs rosemary Fresh
  • to taste Extra-virgin olive oil For topping
  • to taste Pepper Freshly ground
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the bread in half and place them on a baking sheet, crust side down.
  3. Cover the surface with the tomato sauce.
  4. Place 2 teaspoons of mozzarella at the center of each pizzette.
  5. Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for around 5 minutes or until the mozzarella starts to melt.
  2. Remove from oven, top each pizzetta with a little olive oil, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a light salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
