Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the chicken drumsticks thoroughly.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 40–45 minutes until juicy and crispy.
- While the chicken is baking, cut the potatoes into fries and toss with vegetable oil and salt.
- After the chicken has been in the oven for about 20 minutes, add the potatoes to the baking sheet.
Preparing the Salad
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss to combine.
Serving
- Once the chicken and fries are done, arrange them on a plate with the salad alongside.
Notes
For a hands-off cooking approach, consider using an air fryer for the chicken drumsticks. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
