Ingredients
  

Tortilla Ingredients
  • 1 package Gluten free tortilla
  • 1 spray Olive oil spray
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Toppings (your choice, such as veggies, lean proteins, or low-fat cheese)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray the tortilla on both sides with olive oil spray.
  2. Add the tortilla to an oven-safe bowl.
Air Frying
  1. Air fry at 400°F for 4 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove the tortilla from the bowl and place it back in the air fryer.
  3. Add a small oven-safe bowl to the middle of the tortilla to help it hold its shape.
  4. Air fry for about 4 more minutes.
Serving
  1. Carefully remove and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

These tortillas can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container. For freezing, place parchment paper between them and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. They can be reheated as needed.
