Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
  2. Toss cut potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet.
Roasting the Fries
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the fries for 30–35 minutes.
  2. Flip halfway through to ensure they become crispy and golden.
Cooking the Sausages
  1. While the fries are roasting, heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sausages and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and juicy.
Making the Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, and paprika.
  2. Brush this mixture over the sausages during the last few minutes of cooking.
Assembling the Baguette
  1. Slice the baguette open and spread mayonnaise or burger sauce on the inside.
  2. Layer the lettuce, tomato slices, and cheddar cheese in the baguette.
