Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the steak strips with paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and soy sauce.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Coat the sliced potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, and add salt. Bake or air fry until crispy and golden.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the seasoned steak strips and cook until browned. Then incorporate the sliced onions and bell peppers and allow them to soften.
Preparing the Salad
  1. In a bowl, mix chopped lettuce, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

Notes
