Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the steak strips with Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Cooking the Steak and Vegetables
  1. Once the oil is hot, sear the steak quickly for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Slowly add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
Cooking the Fries
  1. Toss the cut potatoes with two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assembling the Salad
  1. Combine chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber in a bowl.
