Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 pound ground beef Brown and drain excess fat
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix with the beef until melted
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese For topping the bombs
  • Salt and pepper To taste
For the bombs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough To wrap the filling
Optional
  • Dipping sauces Ketchup, mustard, ranch, etc.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
Assembly
  1. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into squares.
  2. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, fold the dough over and pinch to seal.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake according to biscuit dough package instructions until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

These bombs can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. They also freeze well for up to 2 months.
