For the Fries

For the Veggies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the cut sirloin steak with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
Cook the Fries
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the potato fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Rice
  1. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice and a pinch of salt. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and garnish with parsley.
Cook the Steak & Veggies
  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter with 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then remove.
  2. Add the sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until softened, then mix back in the steak for a quick heating.
Plate & Serve
  1. Arrange the steak bites alongside the crispy fries and fluffy rice on each plate. Add sautéed veggies and finish with a sprinkle of parsley.

Notes

For a healthier option, consider air frying the fries. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
