Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the cut potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure all fries are evenly coated.
  2. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake Until Crispy
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast the fries for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Sear the Steak Bites
  1. While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add the steak cubes and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
Make the Garlic Butter
  1. Reduce heat slightly, add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, and toss to combine with the steak.
Plate & Serve
  1. Serve the steak bites beside the crispy fries, garnishing with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For meal prep, the steak and fries can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in an oven for restored crispiness. Consider air frying for a healthier fry option.
