Ingredients
  

Protein Ingredients

Cooking Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil Adds healthy fats and helps create a delicious crust.
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter Brings richness and flavor to the garlic sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Enhances flavor and offers health benefits.
  • 1 tsp salt Enhances overall flavors.
  • 1 tsp black pepper Adds a mild heat.
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika Provides unique flavor and vibrant color.

Method
 

Roasting the Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a bowl, toss the halved baby gold potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes until they are fork-tender and golden brown.
Preparing the Green Beans
  1. While the potatoes are roasting, steam or sauté the fresh green beans in a separate pan until bright green and tender-crisp, about 5–7 minutes.
  2. Lightly season them with salt and set aside.
Searing the Steak Bites
  1. In a large skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Add them to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Then, add the shrimp and cook them for 1-2 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Finish with the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
Combining and Serving
  1. Return the steak bites to the skillet, spoon the garlic butter sauce over everything, and toss gently to combine.
  2. Plate your delicious steak bites and shrimp with the roasted baby potatoes and steamed green beans.
  3. Drizzle any extra garlic butter sauce on top for added flavor.

Notes

This dish is great for meal prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. You can also switch up the vegetables for different flavors. For a lower fat option, use less butter or substitute with coconut oil.
