Preparation
  1. Thaw shrimp if frozen. Pat completely dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for 30-60 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink, opaque, and curled into a ā€˜C’ shape.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley. Toss to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Great for meal prep, can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Consider adding veggies for a stir-fry or substitute with chicken/tofu.
