Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add 8 oz of pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add 1 lb of ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  6. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, mixing well with the beef and garlic.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well incorporated.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

To lighten the dish, consider substituting ground beef with ground turkey or chicken. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Optional: add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrients.
