  • 1 cup Assorted Fruits (grapes, strawberries, pineapple, melon) Choose seasonal fruits for the best flavor.
Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheese Cubes (cheddar, mozzarella, gouda) Try different cheeses for varied flavors.
Equipment
  • 8-10 units Skewers Wooden skewers should be soaked in water before use.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash your assorted fruits thoroughly, removing dirt or pesticides.
  2. Cut the fruits into bite-sized pieces: slice strawberries, cube pineapple, scoop melon, and leave grapes whole.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes that match the size of the fruit pieces.
Assembly
  1. Take a skewer and thread the fruits and cheese alternately. Start with a piece of fruit, then add a cheese cube.
  2. Continue to add fruits and cheese until the skewer is filled to your liking.
Serving
  1. Serve the kabobs immediately or refrigerate them until ready to enjoy.
