Preparation
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place frozen Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings. Toss well to coat.
  4. Arrange the seasoned sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check for doneness; if not crispy enough, cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
