Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.
  2. Dip each blueberry into the yogurt mixture to coat.
  3. Place the coated blueberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for about 1-2 hours until solid.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
