Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on your brownie box and prepare your springform pan by spraying it with cooking spray or oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine both boxes of brownie mix and prepare the batter according to the box instructions.
- Pour the mixed batter into the prepared springform pan.
Baking
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Once done, remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool.
Frosting and Decoration
- Once cooled, carefully remove the brownies from the springform pan and cut them into 8 triangle pieces.
- In two small bowls, mix some white frosting with red and green food coloring in separate bowls.
- Fill separate icing bags with red, green, and plain white frosting.
- Decorate the brownie pieces creatively with the colored frostings, adding sprinkles and edible gold stars for festive flair.
Serving
- Arrange the brownies on a festive serving platter and consider serving them warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Frosted Christmas Brownies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three to four days. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
