Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onions and sauté until they become golden brown and caramelized, around 10-15 minutes.
  3. Split the slider buns in half. Layer the roast beef and caramelized onions on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Place slices of Swiss cheese over the beef and onions.
  5. Put the top half of the buns on the sliders. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, and brush generously on top of the buns.
Baking
  1. Place the assembled sliders on a baking tray and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Serving
  1. Serve the sliders hot with heated beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

Great for meal prep! Can be assembled a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
