Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square and pinch the dough to seal.
- Shape the rolls into a football shape and arrange them in a baking dish.
- In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in the Italian herbs.
- Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store any leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the rolls on a baking sheet and heat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 8-10 minutes until warm.
