  • 1 lb pizza dough Store-bought for convenience
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed Fresh mozzarella can be used, pat dry before cubing
  • 4 tbsp butter For garlic herb butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavor
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs For seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square and pinch the dough to seal.
  4. Shape the rolls into a football shape and arrange them in a baking dish.
  5. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in the Italian herbs.
  6. Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store any leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the rolls on a baking sheet and heat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 8-10 minutes until warm.
