Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Roll the triangles up, starting from the wide end.
Baking
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
