  • 1 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easier mixing
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Roll the triangles up, starting from the wide end.
Baking
  1. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

These roll-ups are best served warm. Pair with hot cocoa, coffee, or spiced cider for enhanced festivity. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days, or frozen for up to a month.
