  • 4 cups watermelon, diced Hydrating and naturally sweet fruit.
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional) Adds sweetness; can be omitted for a lower-calorie option.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Adds tartness and balances the sweetness.

Preparation
  1. Blend the diced watermelon until smooth.
  2. If desired, add honey and lime juice, and blend again.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to a month. Customize with other fruits like strawberries or peaches for a mixed-fruit popsicle. Adding protein powder can make these popsicles more filling.
