Preparation
- Blend the diced watermelon until smooth.
- If desired, add honey and lime juice, and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to a month. Customize with other fruits like strawberries or peaches for a mixed-fruit popsicle. Adding protein powder can make these popsicles more filling.
