Ingredients
  

For the Drink
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries Use unsweetened for a healthier option.
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice or bottled Fresh is preferable for more flavor.
  • 3/4 cup water or orange juice Use water for lower calories.
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia Adjust according to taste.
  • 1-2 drops vanilla essence Optional for added flavor.
  • to taste sugar or salt for rim Optional, use for a flavored rim.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients except the sugar or salt for rim in a high-speed blender.
  2. Adjust the amount of water for your preferred consistency.
  3. Serve in a rimmed margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes

For a festive touch, garnish with lime zest and use finely crushed freeze-dried raspberries as a sugar-free rim. Serve chilled, preferably over ice.
